    No customer personal information is ever sold, rented or given to another party unless required by law or unless that company is transacting business on your behalf.

    Pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, you may file a Notification of Claimed Infringement with the Designated Agent of a Service Provider if you believe that a webpage hosted by Twin Valley, as the Service Provider is violating your rights under U.S. copyright law.

  • Call Before You Dig

    Building a deck? Planting a tree? Installing a fence? Call or submit a ticket online at least a few days before starting any digging project so utility lines can be marked. With home improvement projects, Twin Valley lines are often cut accidentally, which can lead to unexpected expenses for the homeowner.

    Twin Valley subscribers may be eligible to receive free internet service and/or discounted phone service through the federal Lifeline and Affordable Connectivity (ACP) programs and Twin Valley’s financial assistance program. Income guidelines and other restrictions apply.

    Twin Valley provides this information in its good faith effort to comply with the disclosures required by the Federal Communications Commission’s revised “transparency” rule effective on June 11, 2018.

    To avoid a disruption of landline phone service during a power outage – and to maintain the ability to connect to 911 emergency services – Twin Valley provides you with a battery for backup power for your voice telephone service at the time of the initial installation at no additional cost.
