What’s Changing with Twin Valley’s Arlo Home Security Offering?

The technology platform Twin Valley uses to provide Arlo home security is ending support for the service. Because of that change, Twin Valley will no longer be able to offer or bill for it directly after October 31, 2026.

Customers who want to continue can transition their account directly to Arlo. Arlo will contact customers via email between November 1-30, 2026 with instructions.

If you currently receive Arlo home security through Twin Valley, here’s what you need to know:

  • Why is Twin Valley no longer offering Arlo?

Twin Valley is no longer able to support Arlo as part of our service offering, so Arlo service and billing will transition directly to Arlo after October 31.

Customers who want to continue using Arlo can do so directly through Arlo, and their existing equipment will continue to work through the transition.

  • When will my Twin Valley Arlo billing end?

Your final Arlo charge from Twin Valley will appear on your October 1 bill and covers your service through October 31, 2026.

You will not receive another Arlo service charge from Twin Valley after that billing cycle.

  • Will my Arlo cameras stop working October 31?

No. Your existing Arlo equipment is not being shut off as part of this change. Ownership of the equipment is being transferred to you, and you can continue using it with Arlo.

After the transition, Arlo will reach out with instructions for setting up your account and continuing service directly.

  • Do I need to do anything now?

No action is needed right now to transfer your equipment or service.

In November, watch for an email from Arlo with instructions for selecting a service plan and adding your preferred payment method directly with Arlo.

  • Should I transition my Arlo service now?

For the smoothest transition, please wait for instructions from Arlo and complete the required steps by November 30, 2026.

If you cancel your Twin Valley Arlo service early and set up directly with Arlo on your own, you will need to create a new Arlo account and manually register and set up your cameras again. Any existing recordings associated with your current setup will be lost.

Waiting for Arlo’s transition instructions will help ensure your account and equipment move over as smoothly as possible.

  • What happens to my Arlo equipment?

As part of this transition, ownership of the Arlo equipment currently provided through Twin Valley is being transferred to you. You do not need to return the equipment, and you can continue using it with Arlo.

Effective immediately, Twin Valley will no longer replace, upgrade, troubleshoot or dispatch technicians for Arlo equipment. Going forward, you will be responsible for the equipment, and any equipment or technical support needs should be handled directly through Arlo.

  • Will Twin Valley still support my Arlo service?

Twin Valley can continue to answer questions about the transition and Arlo charges on your Twin Valley account.

However, effective immediately, Twin Valley will no longer provide Arlo equipment replacements, upgrades, troubleshooting or technician visits. Equipment and technical support should be handled directly through Arlo.

After October 31, all Arlo plans, billing, account management and technical support will be handled directly by Arlo.

You can contact Arlo support here.

  • What do I need to do if I want to keep my Arlo recordings and features?

Follow the instructions provided by Arlo and complete the transition within 30 days (by November 30, 2026).

Completing those steps will allow you to maintain recordings and expanded Arlo service features.

  • What happens if I don't sign up for an Arlo plan?

Your basic Arlo service will continue, but recordings and expanded features will no longer be available.

  • Who can I contact with questions?

If you have questions about the upcoming transition, contact Twin Valley at 800.515.3311.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we make this transition. We appreciate your business and the trust you place in Twin Valley, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to continue serving you with reliable internet and friendly support.
