Ben Foster, Chairman & CEO
Ben Foster is an accomplished executive in the broadband and technology sectors, serving as Chairman & CEO of Twin Valley and ISG Technology. Under his leadership, the companies have experienced significant growth, including the transformation of ISG into a national Managed IT & Cloud Services provider and Twin Valley’s expanding footprint as the largest independent broadband and communications company in Kansas. Ben currently serves as Chair of NTCA – The Rural Broadband Association and is a board member of the Kansas Fiber Network, where he lends his expertise to advance broadband policy and infrastructure. With a deep commitment to rural connectivity and a legacy rooted in technology, Ben is shaping the future of the industry and digital equity on a national scale.

Jay Brodsky, Board Member
Jay Brodsky is a seasoned technology and business executive with over 30 years of experience in digital transformation and cybersecurity, serving in C-suite roles across Fortune 500, private-equity-backed, and nonprofit organizations. He is currently Chief Information Officer at the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS), where he leads global technology strategy for one of the world’s largest scientific societies. A Twin Valley Family of Companies board member since 2021, Jay provides strategic guidance on cybersecurity, IT services, and organizational growth, and chairs the board’s compensation committee. Jay has been recognized as a top global executive leading business transformation efforts and is a sought-after speaker in technology and board governance.

Stanley Chen, Board Member
Stanley Chen is CEO of Telamon Corporation, a multi-generational family business that has grown to over $1 billion in revenue under his leadership. With a career that spans roles from warehouse associate to COO and now CEO, he has led the company through transformative acquisitions and divestitures, including an award-winning deal recognized by the Indiana Chapter of ACG. A Stanford MBA and University of Pennsylvania graduate, Stanley brings a unique blend of operational insight, strategic vision, and community-minded leadership to every role he undertakes. Stanley has served on the Twin Valley Family of Companies board since 2024.

Rod Siemers, Board Member
Rod Siemers is a veteran financial executive with extensive experience in the broadband and telecommunications industries. He has held CFO and Treasurer roles at five private-equity-backed companies, leading over $1.5 billion in value creation through strategic acquisitions, capital structuring, and operational leadership. A Certified Public Accountant and University of Kansas graduate, Rod has served on the board for the Twin Valley Family of Companies since 2024, bringing decades of financial expertise to support its continued growth.

Kendra Foster-Howze is a fourth-generation owner of the Twin Valley Family of Companies and has served on its board for over a decade. With a professional background in environmental, health, and safety (EHS) compliance—including roles supporting NASA and multi-generational businesses—she brings a unique perspective to governance and long-term strategy. As Chair of the Family Council, Kendra plays a key role in fostering generational engagement and preserving the company’s legacy.

Aaron Wertenberger is a strategic operations manager at Twin Valley, where he leads efforts in new market entry, with a growing focus on developing market analysis and operational procedures to support strategic expansion. Aaron has served on the Twin Valley Family of Companies board since 2016 and helps lead impactful initiatives through the Twin Valley Family Foundation.
