Financial Assistance For Internet And Phone From Twin Valley 2

Free Internet Program

Twin Valley is offering a supplemental financial assistance program. Combined with the federal Affordable Connectivity Program, it allows qualified applicants to receive free internet service!

  • This applies to the entry-level internet speed. Most residents will receive 100 Mbps symmetrical or faster, where available.
  • Qualified households will have the option to increase to a higher speed and pay the difference.
  • This does not include Managed WiFi and other fees.
  • Restrictions may apply.

Available Programs

  • Lifeline Program

    With the Lifeline Program, you may be eligible to receive a monthly discount of up to $17.02 on phone and/or internet from Twin Valley.

    Eligibility Guidelines

    • Income is 135% or less than the Federal Poverty Guidelines
    • You qualify for any of the following federal benefits:
      • Medicaid
      • Federal Public Housing Assistance (FPHA)
      • Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
      • Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
      • Veterans Pension and Survivors Benefit

  • Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP)

    Those eligible for the Lifeline Program are also eligible for the federal Affordable Connectivity Program, which provides $30 per month for broadband service. The ACP has broader eligibility requirements, so you may qualify for the ACP but not the Lifeline Program.

    Eligibility Guidelines

    • Income is 200% or less than the Federal Poverty Guidelines
      or
    • You qualify for any of the following federal benefits:
      • Medicaid, FPHA, SNAP, SSI or Veterans Pension and Survivors Benefit
      • Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC)
      • National School Lunch Program or the School Breakfast Program
      • Received a Federal Pell Grant in the Current Award Year
