New Billing System

What to Expect

As a part of our pledge to you, we are continuously working to innovate, improve our processes, and use the latest technology to offer you the best possible experience. After more than a year of preparation, we are in the final stages of transitioning to a new billing and operations support system. The conversion will be complete the week of September 4, 2023. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Redesigned Bill

There will be an insert included with your October bill to explain the changes.

  • New eBill Site

If you have an eBill account, beginning September 8, you can pay online, set up recurring payments, submit a help ticket or access account information on this new site. Registered users will receive an email from noreply@twinvalley.com on September 8 with a link to register the new account. The past 24 months of account information will be transferred from the previous system. If you are not yet signed up, you can visit ebill.twinvalley.com/ebpp starting October 1 to register a new account.

    eBill Site (available after 9/5)
  • Mobile App

Access the features of the eBill site in a convenient app. Download the eBill Mobile app to get started. SKT customers who already have the app will need to uninstall and reinstall the app. The app is available to previously registered accounts starting September 8 and October 1 for all others.

  • New Account Number

Your new account number will be displayed on your October bill.

Does not apply to former SKT customers.

  • Check Payments

Applies to former SKT customers only.

Continue making checks out to SKT through the end of September. Check payments should be made out to Twin Valley Telephone beginning October 1, 2023.
