All services are operational unless noted below.

Issues or Maintenance

  • Planned Maintenance - Multiple Service Areas (Resolved)

    Thursday, September 14, 2:08 p.m.: Technicians are reporting that service appears to be restored. They are continuing to monitor and working with our partners to determine the root cause.

    Thursday, September 14, 12:30 p.m.: Technicians are reviewing reports of issues in part of Junction City following the overnight maintenance.

    Thursday, September 14, 12:01 a.m.: Planned maintenance is scheduled to update our software for fiber customers. The update will begin at 12:01 a.m. and we anticipate it will be completed by 6:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 14. Fiber customers in Rosalia, Bennington, Junction City, and Rural Clearwater may experience two service outages lasting approximately 10-15 minutes each.
