All services are operational unless noted below.

If you’re experiencing another service issue or outage, call 800.515.3311 for the fastest service during regular business hours or 24-hour technical support. You may also use the form below to report your service issue and a customer service representative will get back to you as soon as possible.

  • Planned Maintenance: Bennington Next-Gen Internet

    Maintenance Window: Saturday, June 22, midnight – 6 a.m.

    Reason: Troubleshooting which will cause the system to reboot.

    Impact: Approximately 15 minutes with internet for about 40 customers.
