"We’re excited to partner with a provider that cares about our community’s needs and is known for being a committed partner with decades of service to rural Kansans. This investment in Abilene underscores Twin Valley's dedication to enhancing the digital experience for all Kansans. It will be a leap forward in enabling and empowering our community to stay connected, productive, and competitive in today's digital age.”

Ron Marsh Abilene City Manager

"[I] switched to Twin Valley when they came to the Abilene area and service is GREAT and their customer service & installers are EXCEPTIONAL!! Highly recommend"

Cary S. Abilene, KS

"Twin Valley's service consistently works great, and the gigabit internet option allows our community to be competitive to new community members with the desire to work remotely in a small town. Any time I've had questions or needed service the employees have been expedient and professional. In addition, they do a great job with community sponsorships and corporate philanthropy.“

David C. Borgerding Agent, State Farm

"The connectivity is fantastic! The service from the staff at this company is overwhelming and personal. The router is modern and works extremely well. I usually use my own router. I actually prefer theirs. Compared to the competitor Cox internet, this is a ray of sunshine! Cox is overpriced and has horrible service! Twin Valley is really doing a great service to the area by providing another source of internet, one that is less expensive, more stable and has superior customer service. The difference between Cox and Twin Valley customer service is night and day!"

Darrell M. Junction City, KS

"We are so blessed to be in a community where someone like Twin Valley exists. Companies who go above and beyond to support causes like ours, and so many other small non-profit organizations trying to serve the greater good. This, on top of their cutting-edge internet service!"

Janel Michaud President, Clay County Animal Rescue & Education Center

"I have been a customer for 4 years and have had nothing but good experiences with every member of the staff I have encountered. They are friendly, efficient and always very helpful and kind. I’ve very sad to be leaving the Twin Valley service area, and wish I could take them to my new residence! By far the best utility company I have ever dealt with, combined with excellent internet service!"
