SKT Office Now Open to the Public

After closing the SKT office last March due to the pandemic, we are excited to announce that it is now open to the public. Although we look forward to serving you in person again, customer and employee safety is our top priority. We ask that you continue to allow us to serve you by phone and online whenever possible. If you need to visit us in person, please wear a mask, social distance, and limit the amount of time in the office.

The following are our customer service and bill pay options along with updates to our procedures for technician visits:

  • Customer Service: Call 888.758.8976, contact us online, or visit us at 112 S. Lee in Clearwater Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
  • Bill Pay: Call 888.758.8976, pay online, or mail your payment. Drop off your payment in person or in our payment dropbox in front of our building at 112 S. Lee in Clearwater.
  • Technician Visits: Technicians are making repairs and new service installations in homes with precautions, including masking and social distancing. If preferred, we can complete most repairs and installations outside the home or business, guiding you by phone on anything that needs to be done inside the service location.

Thank you for your patience and understanding over the last 14 months as we have done our part in ensuring the health and safety of our employees and our customers. We will continue to closely monitor reports from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and federal, state, and local agencies, and will adjust our business operations as needed.
