Lose It!
This app will ask you a few basic questions about yourself and then give you a daily calorie target based on how much weight you want to lose. You get both a visual graph and log of your calorie breakdown based on the foods and exercises you log into the app. Learn more.

“Make the best food decisions for your health, every day, every time” with this app by finding healthy recipes that are not just low-calorie but are also abundant in nutrition or health-promoting properties like anti-cancer or cardiovascular protection. Recipes are scored out of 10 points on nutrition density, with points deducted for too much sugar or sodium. If you’re on a tight budget, the Joy app may be a great way to find money you didn’t think you had. This free iOS app analyzes your income and spending habits and then calculates how much money you can safely save each day without breaking your budget.
