Apps to Help You Stick to Your New Year’s Resolutions

Eat Healthier

Whether you want to watch your calorie intake, make sure you’re getting your fruits and veggies in, or need help mixing it up with some new recipes, there are many apps to help you accomplish your nutrition goals.

Lose It!

This app will ask you a few basic questions about yourself and then give you a daily calorie target based on how much weight you want to lose. You get both a visual graph and log of your calorie breakdown based on the foods and exercises you log into the app. Learn more.

Save Money

Start the year off right with these mindful money apps to help build your savings.


If you’re on a tight budget, the Joy app may be a great way to find money you didn’t think you had. This free iOS app analyzes your income and spending habits and then calculates how much money you can safely save each day without breaking your budget. Whether you need to organize your space or organize your life, there’s an app for that.


Not just a “to-do list,” this app helps manage tasks by conveniently organizing the to-dos. If you have a particular schedule, the app will send you a corresponding notification, i.e. “go to the gym every Monday.” It’s a great way to form a good habit! Learn more.
