Missing Payment on Current Bill

Twin Valley customers’ accounts are processed for billing on the 20th of each month. Any transactions made after the 20th of each month will be reflected on the next billing cycle. For instance, if your payment was made on the 21st of June, it will not be reflected on the printed bill you receive until the August 1 billing cycle.
